 We ensure that the following checks are made on each of your appliances.

1. Formal Visual Inspection.Silver paper used to over ride a repeatedly blowing fuse. Extremely dangerous practice

2. Earth Bond test to at least 1.5 x the fuse rating up to 25Amp * (Class 1 Appliance)

3. Insulation Resistance Test to a minimum of 500Volts dc.*

4. Current Leakage Test to outer casing.

 

Extension Leads and computer IEC Leads.

1. Formal Visual Inspection.  

2. Earth continuity test.                                                                          

3. Polarity Test.

 Computer IEC Lead under test- Earth continuity - Insulation @ 500vdc and Polarity.
